Poster Sessions

In Person Poster Presentations Instructions

  • You must prepare and print a poster having the maximum dimensions (48" wide and 36" tall or A0 landscape is recommended). You must bring the printed poster to the conference.
  • The poster must be self-explanatory. There are 2 poster sessions. During your poster session it is assumed you will be available for questions and small presentations at your poster desk. Failing to be available for your poster presentation will be considered as non-presentation even if your poster is displayed.
