The 21st IEEE International Conference on Machine Learning and Applications (IEEE ICMLA'22) will be held in Atlantis Hotel, The Bahamas, Caribbean December 12-14, 2022.

We invite submission of proposals for special sessions, workshops and tutorials. Special sessions, Workshops, and Tutorials can be from one to half day long. Special sessions/Workshop/Tutorial Proposals should include the following information:

• name and address of the proposer(s)
• title of the special session/workshop/tutorial
• a description of the special session/workshop/tutorial
• a short bio of the organizer(s)
• preliminary technical committee members.

Each special session will have at least five paper presentations. Special session chairs will be responsible for soliciting the papers, organizing the reviews, and making final decisions in consultation with the conference chairs.
