The 13th International Conference on Machine Learning and Applications (ICMLA'14) will be held in Detroit, MI USA on December 3-5, 2014.
The aim of the conference is to bring researchers working in the areas of machine learning and applications together. The conference will cover both theoretical and experimental research results. Submission of machine learning papers describing machine learning applications in fields like medicine, biology, industry, manufacturing, security, education, virtual environments, game playing and problem solving is strongly encouraged.
The conference proceedings will be published by IEEE.
- Talks for papers accepted as full paper are 20 minutes long, followed by an additional 5 minutes for questions.
- Talks for papers accepted as full paper for short oral presentation are 10 minutes long, followed by an additional 5 minutes for questions.
The schedule shows the session which your paper is assigned to. Note that the schedule may still be subject to some changes.
Please go to your session at least 15 minutes early. Use the break to work out any potential problems with attaching your computer to the projector. Also, please identify yourself to the session chair.
There is a poster sessions on Thursday afternoon. Finally, the preparation of the poster is optional. However, we recommend all the authors to prepare a poster in order to share their ideas with other authors. The poster session also represents an opportunity for discussion with interested researchers. Poster boards are 4 feet (1.2 m) by 6 feet (1.5m).
