Please follow the template formatting which most resembles the instruct8.5x11x2.pdf file. And if you are having difficulty submitting both copyrights and their accepted papers, please forward any questions or concerns Mr. Juan Guerrero via email (jeguerrero@computer.org>). Please include the conference's acronym (ICMLA 2014) in the subject field.

Please note:

The Author Kit's PDF eXpress service will not be immediately available. The PDF eXpress for ICMLA 2014 will be available on or after Tuesday, 23 September 2014, Please use the Conference ID# 33901X to log into PDF eXpress. The paper submission deadline has been extended to Friday, 10 October 2014. However, the conference pre-registration deadline stays as October 1, 2014.

To obtain an invitation letter for the conference you must first pay the registration and have a copy of the PDF receipt (available at the registration site). Then you must contact the conference co-chair Guangzhi Qu (gqu AT oakland dot edu) and ask for an invitation letter including in your email:

  1. Your correct name;
  2. You paper ID and paper title;
  3. The session and type of acceptance (paper, poster);
  4. A copy of the PDF receipt for payment.

Payment by Bank Transfer:


In bank transfer as well, authors will be able to save pdf receipt online. However, bank transfer (inspite of being a wire transfer) takes a few days. Once it is verified that the payment has been received by the bank, the payment part on the registration system will be completed. This is how bank transfer works:
