   Notification of acceptance:                        September 7th  (Extended to September 18th)

Paper Submission for Review

Papers in the form of PDF files and conforming to the IEEE CS Press Conference Paper Format (single-spaced, double-column, 10-point font size, 6-page limit) should be submitted at:

Evaluation and Publication

• Papers will be evaluated for originality, significance, novelty, and clarity.
• Each paper will be refereed by at least three reviewers.
