Poster Preparation

    Boards, tape and/or tacks will be provided for displaying the posters.

    Dimensions:
    Posters must be limited in width to 36" and we recommend use of standard poster size "A0".

    Readability:
    Posters should be easy to read from 4-6 ft distance.
    In particular, the fonts used should not be smaller than 18pt (20pt or 24pt are preferred).

    Attendance:
    At least one of the poster co-authors is required to present the poster at the scheduled poster session.

Best Poster Award

   Lexis Nexis (LN) will sponsor the best poster award.
   The winner will be presented a kindle fire at the conference.
