 (currently 10.5% Occupancy Tax and 6.5% State and Local Taxes) in effect at the time of check in.  
Check-In Time – 3pm; Check-Out Time – 12Noon

METHOD OF ROOM RESERVATIONS 
Each individual responsible for calling in their own reservations by no later than 11/21/2007 12:00:00 AM

CUT-OFF DATE
Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Wednesday, November 21, 2007.  
After the Cut-Off Date, special group rates may or may not be available.
