We invite submission of proposals for special sessions, workshops and tutorials. Proposals to organize special sessions, tutorials or workshops should be sent to Special sessions, turotials and workshops chair. The special session organizers will be responsible for soliciting the papers, reviewing, and making final decisions, in consultation with the special sessions and conference chairs.
