REGISTRATION 
                     (For authors and non-authors)

     The Fifth International Conference on Machine Learning and Applications

Please follow the two steps below for your registration:

Step 1: Make registration fees payment 

Pay Registration Fees 
(Note: Registration fees will be collected through PayPal but you don't have to be
       a member of PayPal to pay the registration fees).


Step 2: Submit your details (you will need payment refernce number from step 1) 
Email the following information to registrations chair Dr. Adel Elmaghraby 
at adel@louisville.edu and a copy to icmla office at icmla@cs.csubak.edu. The 
subject of your email should be your paper number (for non-authors type in the words 
non-author registration):

    Title:
    Position:
    Amount of registration fees paid:
    Payment refernce number (from step 1):
    Payment date (from step 1):              
    

 Notes:
       1. Authors should register by October 5, 2006.
          Non-authors should register by November 15, 2006.
          A late fees of $50 is applicable after the above deadline.

      2.  If you wish to pay by a check/money order: All checks/money orders 
          should be made payable to "ICMLA". Payments must be in U.S. Dollars 
          and cashable at any US bank. For more details contact registrations
          chair Dr. Adel Elmaghraby (adel@louisville.edu). 

      3.  To be eligible for student rate you must attach a letter from your
          Department Head/Chair that states that you are a full
          time student.  

      4.  Registration Fee will include the following:
          A copy of the conference proceedings;  
          conference dinner on December 15, 2006; 
          and coffee breaks.
