Individuals can call 1-800-EMBASSY and mention the group name ICMLA in order to receive the group discounted rate.

Guests can also make reservations on line as follows:

1.) Log onto sandiegolajolla.embassysuites.com

2.) Input your dates for the reservation

3.) On the reservation detail page under Special Accounts, Group/Convention Code input the code: MLA

4.) Confirm your reservation

Reservation Rules
Credit cards will be charged one night's room and tax 72 hours prior to arrival.
Individual reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the date of arrival without any penalty. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the date of arrival will be charged one night's room and tax.

Auxiliary Aids
The facilities provided by the hotel will be in compliance with the public accommodation
requirements under the Americans With Disabilities Act. At the time of making reservation please notify the hotel of any auxiliary aid required so that the hotel can guide you accordingly. Charges for such aids have to be made by individuals.

Parking
Parking for overnight hotel guests = $17 per night
Parking for Banquet events = $8.00 per car
Other parking per hour = $4.00 with a $17.00 maximum
